What is genomics? Simply the reading of your genes — the inherited instruction set your body was built from. We translate what yours suggests about the foods, nutrients, rhythms and support that fit you best — in plain language, never jargon.

The Longevity Program and Foundation Membership support your body’s own capacity for balance, vitality and restoration. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent disease — they complement your medical care and enhance the work of your medical team, and they never replace it. What they add is knowledge: our assessments — Bio-Well imaging, live cell microscopy and, if you choose it, genomic testing — bring you results many of our patients look forward to, because insights like these are not commonly available. That knowledge is yours to keep and to share, and many patients love bringing it into conversations with their doctors.
Every investment here is an investment in yourself — in your health and in your quality of life: not only adding years to your life, but adding life to your years. Everything else, listed plainly:

- Membership commitment: a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice — and no cancellation fee.
- Seasonal Bio-Well check: unlocks with each completed quarter of membership.
- Monthly membership sessions: unused sessions roll over one month.
- One at a time: programs and memberships cannot be combined or stacked.
- Testing: every test is priced and billed separately, unless expressly included in Longevity + Genomics.
- Investments: all prices + 13% HST · booked sessions carry our 48-hour cancellation notice.
