Our clinic, Homeopathic Family Practice, is looking for a part-time, permanent receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service so that each patient has the best experience possible. 

This individual is the crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by the clinical staff of the clinic. If you are a hard-working and dedicated individual who is interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you!


Key Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent patient services via the phone and in person with a cheerful and positive attitude
  • Aid patients/clients with intake and health history forms
  • Manage customer service activities including billings, payments and bookings
  • Responsible for office administration tasks including mail and filing
  • Assist clinical staff when needed
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a flexible schedule
